In order to get the marriage certificate from the court, you have to register your marriage in court. You have to provide some mandatory documents for the registration of marriage in court.
All these documents must be submitted by each of the bride & groom –
1. Identity Proof – Aadhar Card / PAN Card / Voter ID / Ration Card / Driving License / Passport
2. Birth Proof – Certificate of Birth or, Class 10 Document
3. Address Proof – Aadhar Card / Certified Address Proof / Rent Agreement / Electricity Bill / Household Gas Bill / Bank Passbook / Passport / Driving License All these documents must be submitted by the witnesses –

5.Address Proof – Aadhar Card / Pan Card
6.Passport Size Photographs
